Nicolette Ardiente is a dedicated professional with a proven track record of community engagement and advocacy. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Asian Texans for Justice, Nicolette brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work. 

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. As the daughter of immigrants, Nicolette understands the importance of representation and inclusivity in civic life. This perspective has driven her to become a tireless activist, organizer, and advocate for the San Antonio community.

In addition to her role at Asian Texans for Justice, Nicolette holds leadership positions that further demonstrate her commitment to civic engagement. She proudly serves as the President of the Bexar County Young Democrats, where she works to empower youth voices and drive positive change. Furthermore, Nicolette sits on the board of the New Leaders Council San Antonio, contributing her expertise to the development of emerging leaders in the region.

Nicolette's dedication to fostering positive change led her to graduate from the University of Texas' LBJ Women's Campaign School in 2023. This prestigious program equips participants with the skills necessary to excel in political campaigns and public service, regardless of party affiliation. Through her participation in the LBJ Women's Campaign School, Nicolette reaffirmed her commitment to inspiring and empowering individuals to make a difference in their communities.
